I’m always intrigued how we can defeat our patterns, seeded in the environment we grew up. The genes we carry from our ancestors. How we can live a conscious life and grow in a mindful way, without judging our parents who did the best they can. I’m feeling lucky to live in a time where many people are becoming more aware in owe of their existence and live their lives to find their purpose and being the best version of themselves. We all learn every day with each encounter. Be kind to yourself and others.
